Crappiest movie ever
Yesterday, I watched one of the most crappiest Hindi movies ever, on AZN masala weekend. My brother was visiting for the weekend and we had a blast watching it together. Missed the beginning and hence don't know the title. But, the movie was so bad that I want to know the title. I tried searching on Google and on IMDB but, no success. If anyone knows the title please let me know.
Here are some clues... Raj Babbar was the villain, Kalicharan, the underworld boss. Dharmendra was the police commissioner who was fighting the underworld. His sister and brother-in-law (journalist) were killed by Kalicharan. So, it is a personal fight. A witness to the murder, Deepa, was the heroin of the movie. (We couldn't identify the actress; seemed like she was from south Indian film industry) She was good with martial arts and did a lot of action. In stead of killing her off, the villains get her trapped in some silly plot and send her off to jail. She gets martial arts training in the jail. Dharmendra believes her story and helps her get paroled. Then, uses her as a deadly weapon to get to the bad guys. Aditya Pancholi made a guest appearance. Other names for guest appearances were Ayub Khan and Simran. These were shown in the end. Everything about this movie was bad: story, dialogues, acting, editing, songs, everything.
We had a huge laugh about the last frame of the movie which read "Remember, it was a K.C. Bokadia production". Almost a warning... Don't watch any more of K.C. Bokadia's movies in the future.
Again, if anyone knows the title of this movie, I'd like to know.
Update: The title of the movie was "Gundagardi". Please don't watch it even if your life depends on it.
Hi Parag,
I actually caught a bit of the same movie yesterday too, and we were rolling on the floor, laughing at the absurd dialogues, rona-dhona and dramatic music !!
No idea about the movie name...

Sujit: Thank you. Thank you. It was fun to watch it.
Posted by: Parag at June 27, 2005 12:22 PMHow did you get time to watch the movie? Where was Ashwini?

long time ago I too was clean bowled by the warning when I saw one K.C. bokadia movie.. !
ha hah a ... amazing .. I watched the movie too!!!
Well, not all of it .. maybe an hour or so. Couldnt tear myself apart to go out and eat also ;-)
oh, and there is another movie called 'jeene nahi doonga' with shatru and I think, dharam - along the same lines - but the movie is a great pick-me-up - it is sooo funny - unintentionally
Posted by: Charu at June 29, 2005 12:28 AMHrushi: You probably saw that warning after the Amitabh Bachchan movie "Aaj ka Arjun". Another of Bokadia's horrors...Amitabh fights with almost a battalion of men touting LMGs, with a "galol (bechki)" !!! He keeps claiming that the stones he is using are from Narmada river, and thus very strong...ha ha ha...
Parag: What you saw is bad, but there is no way it will clinch the "worst hindi spoof" title... I have seen a Sunil Datt movie where there was a whole orchestra played by snakes...there was a snake hanging horizontal in air and playing violin, a snake playing tabla also...
