Superfoods

There are many foods that will make you fat, bloated and sick. On the other hand, there are foods that are helpful for healthy living and will actually
- lower your cholesterol,
- reduce your heart disease and cancer risk,
- put you in a better mood.
The best part is that you don’t have to go out of your way to get them. Try eating more of following things and you’ll be doing yourself a big favor: beans, blueberries, broccoli, oats, oranges, pumpkin, salmon, soy, spinach, tea (green or black), tomatoes, turkey, walnuts, and yogurt. They have lots of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids and fiber that your body badly needs.
Also, don’t forget moderate amounts of red wine and that dark chocolate I mentioned in an earlier post.
